Healthy Halloween Treats

Happy Monday my lovelies and welcome to my last blog post :'(
Halloween is fast emerging and if your like me, you love any excuse to celebrate! However, if you don't want to completely ruin your diet, try these simple recipes for your family or party guests !

1. Apple and Peanut Butter Teeth treats! 
What you need- Apples (one apple makes two teeth treats) , Mini marshmallows, peanut butter.
This one is so simple, cut an apple into quarters. Then put some Peanut butter on the inside of two apple slices and stick together with the mini marshmallows in between. Now enjoy!

2. BOO-Nanas 
What you need- Bananas, yoghurt, red colouring, chocolate chips, popsicle sticks
For these, cut one banana in half and feed a popsicle stick into each of the halves. In a bowl, mix Yoghurt and some red food colouring then use a knife to create lines of red yoghurt on the banana. Lastly, add two chocolate chips to each banana for the eyes and your done!
3. Spooky Jelly- because who doesn't love jelly?
What you'll need- a packet of green low sugar Jelly (Aeroplane brand), worm lollies, little cups
For this one, you'll just need to follow the instruction on the back of the jelly pack. Before putting the jelly in the fridge to set, place one or two worm lollies in each cup then leave to set.
