Nikki's Top 5 Party/ Night Out Picks

Hey lovelies, welcome back to Nikki’s Top 5 in beauty. I hope that this week has been the best week for you all. It has been a lovely week here in Sydney, Australia, I am currently on Uni break and It has just been the long weekend.

In the past year, I have got my night time/ party makeup routine down pat and as I got ready for a 21^st on the weekend I thought about which products where my holy grails and thought why not make a Top 5’s post about my favourite party/ night out makeup picks.

Marc Jacobs re(marc)able Full Cover Foundation

First up is the Marc Jacobs re(marc)able foundation. This foundation is suitable for individuals looking for a foundation that gives a flawless, full coverage finish that is extremely long lasting. This is by far one of the fullest coverage foundations I have ever tried, it does not look cakey and has quickly become one of my favourites for going out.

Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette

This is the perfect palette to make sure your bronzer and contour is on point and that your under-eye concealer will not crease as you get hot on a night out. This 6-panned palette offers 3 contour shades and 3 highlighting shades too help sculpt, chisel and shape the face. All the shades are mattes which I prefer for setting my under eyes and contouring and are finely milled making it super easy to use and apply.

Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow

These beautiful long- wearing eye shadows are perfect to spice up any eye look for parties or a night out. They are a pearl and glitter formula which are lightweight and water- infused, allowing them to glide on effortlessly and dry down quickly and smooth. I get so many complements on these on a night out and highly recommend them to anyone who loves a bit of glitter like myself.

Too Faced Melted Liquefied Long Wear Matte Lipstick

For a night, out I like to wear some type of liquid lipstick as they last much longer than a normal lipstick and generally wear better and more evenly. I have tried so many types of liquid lipsticks but I always come back to my trusty Too Faced ones. I have 6 in my collection ranging from nudes to brighter colours for when I am feeling brave. These liquid lippies are extremely pigmented, long wearing and are not as drying on the lips as some liquid lipsticks. They are comfortable and I can party all night long without having to worry about constantly touching up.

Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting spray

Too ensure my makeup is not going anywhere on a night out I like to always set my face and this one is by far my favourite. It is the best setting spray I have found to date as it does extend the wear time of my makeup, whilst keeping me matte and reducing any cakey/ powdery looks that can often build up. This is an essential for a night out.
